Shipping policy

Neter Gold utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all its shipping needs.
Neter Gold has a seven day processing period to complete and ship your order; excluding any holidays.
You have the choice of having your package shipped with or without signature confirmation. If you choose to receive your package without a signature confirmation and your package is marked as "delivered" according to the USPS website yet you did not receive it you will not get a new shipment from Neter Gold. You'll have to contact USPS and file a lost package claim.
Neter Gold ships worldwide via USPS.
Neter Gold WILL NOT cover any foreign duty fees as the result of foreign customs.
